Nettle, a natural source of β-sitosterols, is useful for promoting the physiological functionality of the prostate.
RECOMMENDATION: it is recommended to take 2 to 4 capsules a day, in the morning and early afternoon, with water.

Active principles
Flavonoids (quercitin-3-0-glucoside, isoramnetin-3-0-glucoside, rutin), lignans (9-9'-bisacetyl-neoolivil-4-0-glucoside, etc.), pigments (chlorophyll a and b, betacarotin and xanthophylls ), amines (histamine, choline, serotonin), scopoletin, triterpenes, sterols, organic acids, silicates, nitrates, rich in trace elements and vitamins (A, B2, C, K), fructosans.
Physiological purposes
It reduces the physiological functions of the kidneys with an increase in filtered blood and consequent increase in the volume of urine produced with a partial increase in chlorides and nitrogenous substances, and in bile secretion.
