Food supplement based on oil derived from the microalga Schizochytrium sp. and EPA from fish oil, with vitamin E. Yamamoto® Research Omega is an oil-based food supplement derived from the microalga Schizochytrium sp. and EPA from fish oil, with vitamin E, suitable for adults.
The formula provides 200 mg of EPA and 100 mg of DHA per daily dose. EPA and DHA are unsaturated fatty acids of the omega-3 series and contribute to normal heart function (the beneficial effect is obtained with the daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA).
In addition, DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and the maintenance of normal visual capacity (the beneficial effects are obtained with the daily intake of 250 mg of DHA). Omega also contains vitamin E which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Method of use: take 1 capsule a day with water.
