How to use: add the content of 1 sachet (5.5 g) in 200 ml of natural water, mix well and take once a day immediately after preparation.
The possible formation of gel, which occurs in case of non-intake immediately after the preparation of the solution, is due to the characteristic of the psyllium fiber.
