Support to reduce the time required to sleep * Melatovil® is a food supplement of melatonin, commonly used for its support to reduce the time required to sleep * (the beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, just before bedtime , of 1 mg of melatonin).
Melatonin also helps to alleviate the effects of jet lag * (the beneficial effect of getting a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at just before bedtime) destination).
Method of use: take 20 drops (1 ml) once a day, as they are or dilute in water, in the evening before bedtime.
