Glucomannan :
Amorphophallus Konjac is a polysaccharide chain formed by linear chains of glucose and mannose linked by beta 1-4 bonds . The molecular weight and ' approximately 2,000,000. Water molecules penetrate into the chains and are absorbed , causing a bulge to 200 times the original volume of glucomannan and make it sticky. Is thus increased the viscosity of gastrointestinal contents and delayed stomach emptying . You have decreased appetite due to increased volume . It seeks to incorporate , due to its high molecular weight and viscosity of food ingested slowing and decreasing intestinal absorption . The glucomannan also includes cholesterol, bile acids , heavy metals etc. . , and reducing absorption, and facilitating their elimination in faeces. Guar :
guar gum is obtained dall'endosperma seeds of Cyamopsis psoraloides family of legumes . Contains a high molecular weight polysaccharide hydrocolloid , galactomannan and mannan combined together by glycosidic bonds , this has the ability to absorb water and swell increasing the viscosity of gastrointestinal contents , incorporating , thanks to the high viscosity and molecular weight parts of food and bile acids , reducing the absorption of nutrients. Due to increased volume and viscosity is also a regulation of intestinal transit .
Spirulina :
contains: proteins in large quantities , B vitamins , provitamin A, calcium , phosphorus , iron in the form easily assimilable by the ( chelates ), trace elements including selenium. Spirulina prolongs the time active and promotes the elimination of lactic acid , producing a quick sense of energy . The product may be useful to control body weight ( under a controlled diet ) and normalizing bowel function .
Feeding Recommendation :
