PROPERTY' Echinacea has bacteriostatic and virtuous properties experienced on numerous bacterial and viral strains. Echinacein and essential oil directly affect microorganisms; Indirectly, heteroxylans and arabinoramnogalactans, which stimulate different immune cell lines (macrophages, T and B lymphocytes). Echinacoside and other fractions are inhibitors of the jaluronidase enzyme, slowing down the penetration rate of microorganisms in tissues, accelerating wound healing and decreased risk of infection.
