Burdock is useful for promoting the physiological purifying functions of the body (skin well-being) and the drainage of body fluids.
RECOMMENDATION: it is recommended to take 2 to 6 capsules a day, between meals, with water.

Physiological purposes
Burdock assists the physiological processes of liver purification aimed at inactivating and eliminating waste products of metabolism and exogenous toxic compounds. It assists the bile formation process and promotes its fluidity.
The increase in the amount of bile can lead to an improvement in intestinal functions, and at the same time more waste substances are excreted.
