Active principles Anthocyanin pigments (0.25% on fresh): (delfinol, malvidol, etc.), flavonoids (quercetin, asperusolide, etc.), organic acids (malic, succinic, lactic, citric, quinic, ascorbatic), tannins, pectins, arbutin (traces), carotenoids, indole and kilozidine alkaloids.
