Vitargo ® is a patented carbohydrate, high molecular weight with an average molecular weight of 500000-700000. It is unique, as it is specifically designed to produce a molecular profile distinctly different from the sugars (eg glucose, fructose) and Maltodextrin used in many products. The molecular weight of maltodextrin is about 1,000-10,000 while that of the dextrose is about 180!
