Atlantic Salt
This sea salt is produced in salt marshes of the Atlantic, slightly gray, collected manually on a bed of clay using traditional methods taught by our ancestors, untreated, unwashed and without additives thus retains intact its valuable properties, mineral salts and trace elements: The Atlantic Sea Salt is the son of the sun and wind.
Greyish and earthy, vaguely similar to that of the clay beds of collection, the Atlantic Ocean sea salt is naturally rich in minerals and trace elements, as well as to enrich the flavor, have beneficial effects on health .
Viene itilizzato in cooking to enhance flavor salads, mushrooms, potatoes, soups, vegetables, cereals, meat and fish.
