How to use: to prepare the tea, pour boiling water into a cup (150 ml) on the filter containing the mixture of herbs, making sure to cover it to prevent loss of more volatile aromatic substances. Allow to brew for several minutes. No need to add sugar, because the particular formula makes the tea a pleasant, if necessary, we recommend the use of honey.
