Linseed Oil Bio
Always been used in folk medicine for their laxative and emollient, flax seeds do not possess appreciable culinary qualities. They are in fact almost tasteless. However, they have interesting healing properties.
In addition to the nutritional principles already mentioned for the other seeds (remember, in particular, the high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids) possess mucilages that make them recommendable as processing aids in the prevention of constipation. It only takes a tablespoon in the morning, on an empty stomach, to be accompanied by at least one quarter of a liter of water, herbal teas or juices. The same assay can also help those who suffer from heartburn.
The flax seed may be added to bread or to the mixture of flakes for breakfast.
