Ingredients:
Avena sativa flowering whole plant, Hypericum perforatum, Verbena officinalis flowering tops, Melissa officinalis aerial parts with flowers.
Physiological purpose
The product can help the nervous system in its physiological functions especially with regard to the physiology of chemical mediators (may promote the formation of serotonin, the physiological process of re-uptake and destruction of it and encourage the formation of adrenocorticotropic hormone , considered the stress hormone ACTH by the hypothalamus). This may positively influence mood and relaxation.
Recommended intake
30 to 50 drops 2 to 3 times a day
Notes
Caution in cases of hypothyroidism, especially not given for long periods.
